Loki ka raita (pumpkin sautéed in yoghurt)


– boil diced loki (pumpkin) . Set aside or refrigerate.

– whisk yoghurt in a big serving dish.
– grind the boiled loki with one green chilli & 3 cloves garlic
– mix this grinded paste into the yoghurt.

– Add
salt (1 tbsp or acc to taste)
Red chilli powder.
Chopped mint leaves

– do baghar (fry) of
Red whole chilli (3)
Zeera (1.5 tsp)
Kari patta (curry leaves) 1 tsp
Crushed red chilli 0.5 tsp

Add to the paste and cover with lid.
